As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you’ll lead engaging STEM programs for kids ages 3–14 (you won’t have to teach every age group). You’ll guide up to 20 students at a time through awesome, curriculum-based activities that spark creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
You’ll:
- Lead high-energy camps, classes, workshops, and birthday parties
- Keep learning fun and structured
- Prep using provided curriculum and training
- Communicate professionally with parents and partners
- Inspire kids to keep building with us
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years working with children (classroom, camp, youth programs, etc.)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Teaching background a plus (but not required)
- Current background clearances
When You’ll Work
- Summer Camps: Up to 40 hours/week during break

Compensation: $25.00 - $25.00 per hour
